Synopsis
On paper, Haruka Nanase is living the dream. she's dating Ryousuke, the popular athlete who looks great on paper. The problem is that behind closed doors, Ryousuke is entirely focused on himself, leaving Haruka increasingly frustrated and strung out from a relationship that gives her nothing she actually needs. That tension builds until she snaps, and she takes it out on Nozaki, the quiet, forgettable guy in class that nobody pays much attention to. She humiliates him in a pretty bold way. What happens after that is where the story actually begins. This is a 2-episode OVA from studio Seven, adapted from manga, with character designs by SAISHIN Saide that lean into that polished, contemporary school aesthetic. It's a hentai, so go in knowing exactly what you're getting, but the setup isn't just gratuitous. There's a real dynamic here around dissatisfaction, power, and two people who don't fit the roles they've been handed. If you've watched something like Toradora and found yourself drawn to the tension between public persona and private reality, or you liked how Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso dealt with emotional suppression eating someone alive, the character groundwork here follows similar logic, just in a very different direction.
