Episode twelve marks the end of this wild ride of an anime, Paru Itagaki is a mangaka who really knows how to play with your expectations. It was a heartbreaking ending, after everything they've been through and it wasn't enough, I really hope we get season 2 eventually.

The whole thing with Sanda and his fiancée was pretty weird; the ending just had me going wtf?
Would I watch this anime again? Probably not, it had a bit of vision, but the plot just sorta falls through like they didn't really know where to take the story. W animation though.

Animation on this episode is top tier, the battle on the roof top shows it. But I feel the last episode felt rushed, there are alot of unresolved plots for me. This was not a good ending, well i hope we get season 2. A weirdly fun anime, great over all.

The ending of this anime feels unfinished, especially regarding what happened to the headmaster. I’m also curious how Shiori figured out that Sanda was a descendant of Santa Claus back in the first episode.

The ending is sad because it’s hard for Fuyumura to lose Ono. Ono had promised Sanda to take good care of Fuyumura.

The final battle felt big and emotional. the best moment was the ending. sanda just acts like a normal person to stay with fuyumura. it was a quiet and satisfying way to end the season.

Satisfying end fight with the Headmaster and Sanda, unexpected and sad end. Hope this gets a season 2 because the end feels in can do more

The ultimate 1v1 against the Headmaster with the whole school watching! The action is top-tier, but Santa losing hurts. The Fuyumura & Ono date ending in tragedy is such a sad twist 😭 Sanda promising to protect Fuyumura is a beautifully bittersweet end. 💔

Final episode lands pretty well, it keeps that uneasy tone and doesn’t lose what made it interesting. Sanda stays unpredictable until the end. Not a perfect payoff, but still satisfying. Yeah, worth finishing this one 😤

EPISODE CONTEXT

As the twelfth and final episode, 'Pale Blue Pall' serves as the payoff for every thread the season has been weaving, directly following the revelations and backstory delivered in Episode 11's 'Flashback Attack.' The central conflicts between Santa and Oshibu reach their breaking point here, with the season's mysteries around identity and the Academy converging into one decisive confrontation. While the episode resolves key plotlines, it leaves enough open space to suggest future developments beyond this first season.
