An episode full of action and intense from start to finish. Keiji's refusal to give up made the fight feel powerful, while Keisuke's finally stepping up added strong emotional weight on the occasion. The action looked great, Morio’s return was satisfying, and the brotherhood theme made this one really interesting.

the way this episode started off was so incredibly ridiculous i was actually crying but honestly the gore was sooo disgusting to look at. i usually have a pretty strong stomach but some of the gross visuals this time genuinely made me want to look away tbh.

the narrative relies heavily on the concept of self-belief and familial bonds to resolve the current conflict. while these specific themes are fairly standard, it is still a marked improvement over relying on generic friendship tropes to artificially progress the plot.

Why do they just keep evolving like this is some weird digimon. The actual fight was great but the ending really pissed me off. I genuinely hate when they leave us on a MASSIVE CLIFFHANGER like that right when it gets crazy. I seriously cant stand cliffhangers bro.
