This episode was all over the place. Feels like we got a big exposition dump all at once. And learning more about Kagari, the ribbon girl, is finally starting to make sense. But only temporarily. Despite the big exposition dump, we did get a lot of lore/plot. The characters shown in the previous episodes are revealed in this, further progressing the story. But as it stands, it all feels rushed.
