Another one from my manga readings, such a great story. Let’s see whether the anime does it justice. This part is really touching: it shows how an obsession is born and the difficult path great individuals often walk, which is usually far from glorious. It must be hard adapting to something so far outside your reality. Everything is new and kind of scary. I’m glad he’s mature enough to handle it; it would have been a huge shock for someone younger.

That was an unfortunate way to die, but typical in the isekai world. I'm a bit surprised by how fast Farma adapts to the present. I'm glad that Charlotte was there to guide Farma. On another note, Elen is so funny, and I understand why she's freaking out. Great way to introduce the characters and the anime.

Farma adjusted to his new situation REALLY fast. I would be freaking out, but he just immediately accepts that he's now a 10 year old boy. Good for him, I guess.

I'm looking forward to see how Farma's applies his knowledge of modern medicine to this new magical world.

Okaaay, what happened to Farma-kun?! 😭✨ I seriously can’t wait to watch Episode 2 already. The first episode got me so curious, and now I need answers ASAP

A great start to an isekai anime, but the pace is a little slow (which is usual for these type of shows). While the characters introduced are great with a bit of their past already shown, the world itself is a little slower to be established due to plenty of character intros.

EPISODE CONTEXT

As the first of twelve episodes, this premiere carries the full weight of world-building and character establishment, laying the groundwork for the protagonist's journey to revolutionize medicine in a fantasy setting. No prior episodes exist to reference, so the focus is entirely on orienting the audience. It transitions directly into episode two, where the protagonist begins actively confronting his new identity and the practical challenges of applying modern pharmaceutical knowledge in a world governed by magic.
