When King Ramposa started begging, I actually got a fleeting hope for him, which made the subsequent realization that Nazarick was set on total annihilation even more crushing. Poor guy never stood a chance, and it just made me feel so helpless watching his desperate plea play out.

I can’t get over how Philip managed to start a genocide just by being a complete moron. Seeing Albedo and Demiurge spin his mindless grain theft into some complex strategy from Ainz was hilarious but also terrifying. It really shows how dangerous Nazarick is when they mistake human stupidity for a direct challenge and decide to just wipe a whole nation out.
