Those massive Tokyo screens blazing with news about Ai's kids made my stomach drop; I just kept thinking about how utterly exposed Aqua and Ruby were in that instant, and how their whole careful world just shattered publicly.

I was staring at the screen when Akane dropped that bouquet and the knife fell out. It’s wild how far she was willing to go for him but Aqua ending things to keep her out of his mess is a twisted way of showing he cares. Those double stars in his eyes at the end really settled that he's gone for good.

The way those black stars showed up in Aqua's eyes at the very end made it feel like there is no coming back for him now

Aqua dropping that bomb about Ai having kids just to save Kana from a tabloid scandal shows he really has no limit for how far he will go

I felt so bad for Akane when she was standing there with those white roses, and then finding out Aqua was treating her like a pet with that GPS tag was just brutal.

I can't believe Aqua actually put a tracker on Akane and then just handed it back like it was nothing after she dropped that knife on the bridge

Aqua really sacrificed his whole life of privacy just to pull Kana out of that tabloid mess and it feels like he finally crossed a point where he can never live a normal life again

Aqua dropping that bomb about him and Ruby being Ai kids actually felt so heavy because he really threw his whole life away just to stop the scandal about Kana

The reveal that Aqua and Ruby are Ai's children changed everything about the story in an instant. It was a massive sacrifice to protect Kana from that tabloid journalist, and it really showed how far Aqua is willing to go. The bridge scene with Akane was especially heavy, because the tension was so thick and the reveal of the GPS was brutal

I cannot believe he was tracking her with a GPS the whole time and the way she just dropped that bouquet with the knife inside was chilling. Their relationship is officially done and my heart hurts for Akane

That conversation with the journalist in the bar was so tense and Aqua played him like a fiddle. Trading his own life story just to bury a scandal for a friend is a move only he would make

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at the season's midpoint, Episode 7 transforms the tension carefully built through the preceding episodes, particularly the industry traps and exposed vulnerabilities of Episode 6, "Idols and Relationships", into full-blown crisis. The tabloid fallout that was looming has arrived, and the fallout is devastating. This episode serves as the emotional foundation for Episode 8, "Plan," where Aqua's calculated countermeasure takes center stage, making this the darkest-before-dawn pivot of the entire season arc.
