EPISODE REVIEWS

There were so many cool visuals in this episode, so it makes it more interesting to watch and keeps the viewer focused. This is a very Garou-heavy episode, and we also get some important lore. Definitely watch if you like Garou or are watching for the first time!

This episode is dark and serious, but it feels a bit slow and messy. While the ideas are good, the animation isn't always great, so it’s not as exciting as it could be.

Just by the virtue of this season being the weakest, this episode shines brighter than the rest. Finally Garou is moving like he is supposed to. Animation slightly better but no where near the quality expected out of One punch man. Still hoping for a miracle. Mildly better pacing

This one finally feels alive. Garou takes over with nonstop action and real danger. It’s not perfect visually, but it's way more engaging than before. You can feel his growth and the stakes rising. Not yet at peak, but this is a step up. Enough to quench your excitement for it.

WATCH IF YOU'RE A GAROU STAN, BUT LOWER YOUR EXPECTATIONS TO THE EARTH'S CORE. This episode is a MIXED BAG. The creative visual choices (black-and-white Orochi, silhouette hallway sequences) show that JC Staff is kinda trying or sumn idk.

The battles feel are still kinda weird. I somewhat enjoy the running scene in Garou! The fire animation on Orochi is quite good! Sadly it doesn’t show how did Orochi punch Garou down in the end. A progression, yet the pacing remains the most challenging.

Saitama’s calm presence contrasts with the surrounding chaos, while Genos’ determination adds emotional weight. The episode broadens the conflict and reinforces the theme of power versus responsibility.
