I love that Jinbe explained how dangerous the Sulong form is because it makes Carrot’s sacrifice feel so much more heavy. Seeing her lose her strength and shrink back down, while Brook ran out to get her, was a great touch. Big Mom finally reaching the Sunny while she looks all withered and hungry is a genuinely frightening image.

Big Mom looks actually terrifying right now because that jack-o-lantern smile with the fire hair is just pure nightmare fuel. Watching her board the Sunny while the crew is basically defenseless creates such a desperate feeling and even though the pacing felt a little slow earlier, Brook saving Carrot really made up for the wait.
