Kanjuro actually being useful for once with that terrifying drawing helped Usopp pull off the best snipe of the arc

The episode really took its time with the aiming and it felt a bit slow but the actual shot on Sugar was funny

I can't believe Usopp actually used Observation Haki because seeing those auras through the wall was so cool and he really is the sniper king who saved everyone from being toys forever

Doflamingo looked so annoyed when Luffy and Law showed up, and now the real fight is finally starting

the face off with Doflamingo at the end felt massive after seeing Law and Luffy struggle to get up there

I was shaking when Usopp finally saw those auras through the wall and that shot was everything

I am losing my mind over Usopp finally getting his moment because seeing him unlock Haki just to save Luffy and Law was the coolest thing ever

God Usopp getting a 500 million berry bounty completely blew my mind, like, how did my dude even pull that off? I'm still laughing thinking about how much he's grown from the weakling of Syrup Village to this legend, even if it was a total fluke.

Usopp accidentally knocking out Sugar again with that ridiculous face was genuinely my favorite moment, I swear I nearly fell out of my seat laughing! Who would've thought our coward captain would actually save everyone like that, it was so unexpected and frankly, pretty legendary.

Viola helping Usopp find the target was a great touch, and seeing the pure fear on Sugar's face made the whole buildup worth it.

Usopp having a higher bounty than Luffy right now is the funniest thing in this arc and he definitely earned it after that long distance snipe

I actually yelled when Usopp saw the spirits of Luffy and Law through the plateau and his Haki awakening feels like such a natural growth for a sniper

Trebol and Doflamingo realizing their entire plan failed because of one guy on a hill was the funniest turnaround

Sugar getting taken out by that ridiculous face for a second time is the funniest way to save the entire kingdom

I seriously cheered when Usopp's Observation Haki finally kicked in; the visual was amazing! This moment really proves to me that my boy Usopp isn't just a sniper, he's a true New World warrior now and I can't wait to see him keep growing.

Viola helped a bit but Usopp did the heavy lifting by seeing across the entire island and that is real growth for him

the citizens climbing that hill took way too long and you just want Usopp to pull the trigger already

Every single toy turning back into a person at once because of Usopp was huge and now Luffy finally has a clear path to Doflamingo

I really felt the pressure on Usopp during that long distance shot, especially with everyone's lives on the line. Seeing him finally awaken his Haki to see those silhouettes through the thick stone walls was such a massive moment for his character. He might act like a coward but he came through right when Luffy was about to be forgotten by everyone.

I have been waiting for Usopp to actually act like a sniper again and seeing him awaken observation haki to save Luffy was beautiful. The pacing is still a mess because they spent way too much time on the crowd and Sugar walking slowly, but that trauma shot hitting the mark made the long wait feel worth it for once

EPISODE CONTEXT

Coming off the emotionally charged reunion between Rebecca and Kyros, this episode pivots to a critical tactical operation that serves as the linchpin for the Dressrosa arc's endgame. Usopp's mission here directly removes a key obstacle standing between Luffy, Law, and their confrontation with Doflamingo. The next episode capitalizes on this success, launching the final push against Dressrosa's tyrant.
