Watching Sabo and Fujitora clash was cool but you can definitely tell the Admiral is holding back a lot. He keeps dropping these subtle hints about his own sense of justice and it feels like he is testing Sabos strength rather than trying to arrest him. I honestly think Fujitora is letting the pirates escape on purpose to mess with the government
