Whitebeard looked like a demon when he grabbed Akainu and seeing the shockwave tear through the main building was intense. He really showed why the Navy was so afraid of him

Watching Whitebeard stand tall even with those fatal wounds was so moving, and he is the strongest man in the world for a reason. I am just dreading what happens now that Blackbeard has arrived

When Jinbe had to physically carry Luffy away, I actually teared up because seeing him so utterly broken, without an ounce of his usual fire, was just crushing. All his strength and resolve just seemed to vanish, and it made me worry about how he'd ever recover from this.

Whitebeard's final punch on Akainu quite literally tore Marineford apart, and I honestly believed the Admiral was completely wiped out. My jaw almost hit the floor when he somehow still moved after taking a hit that destructive; it just makes me question how much pure monster is packed into that guy.

Blackbeard showing up with all those dangerous prisoners from Impel Down was a huge shock, and it makes the situation feel even more desperate. Seeing Whitebeard beat down Akainu was great, but having the Blackbeard Pirates arrive right as the old man is at his limit is terrifying to watch. Everything is just falling apart for the pirates right now

How does Akainu even survive a hit that splits the entire island in half. It feels like he is way too durable because anyone else would be dead after that beating

Half a face and two holes in his chest did not even stop Whitebeard from sending Akainu into the abyss. Seeing the ground split under Marineford was a massive highlight

I couldn't look away when Whitebeard caught Akainu and smashed him into the ground. It was so satisfying to see that guy finally get beaten after what he did to Ace

Whitebeard finally letting loose and cracking the air around Akainu was such a relief to watch, even if the old man is basically a walking corpse at this point. That split in the ground is huge

Whitebeard is the definition of a monster for taking a hit like that and still throwing Akainu around. Seeing the marine headquarters actually get destroyed by his fruit was the highlight after what happened to Ace

Seeing Blackbeard standing there with a whole crew of monsters from the bottom of Impel Down is scary stuff. Everything is going wrong for the whitebeard pirates and now they have to deal with a traitor too

I actually started shaking when Whitebeard appeared behind Akainu with that look on his face. He basically traded half his head just to flatten that guy and it was the most satisfying moment in the whole war

Akainu is the most terrifying villain because he just gets back up and keeps hunting down Luffy. The way he took those hits from Whitebeard and still had enough power to burn through everything is crazy

I really did not think things could get any more intense after Ace but Whitebeard losing his mind and dismantling the entire island changed everything. Watching him take Akainu's direct hits and still dish out that much damage was terrifying, and then Blackbeard showing up with all those level six prisoners just feels like a nightmare scenario for everyone left

Jinbe trying to carry Luffy away while the world literally falls apart around them is such a heavy scene. That magma guy just will not stop chasing them even after getting his ribs crushed by a quake

Luffy just staring at nothing while everything goes to hell is the saddest thing ever. You can tell he completely broke inside and now Blackbeard shows up at the worst possible time to make things even crazier

I felt sick watching Akainu blow a hole through Whitebeard and then seeing him get crushed into the ground was insane. He is still a giant and he literally split the island in half

Whitebeard having zero scars on his back even after all that damage proves he never turned his tail to an enemy, and it makes his final stand feel so much more honorable compared to everyone else.

Those horrific screams from Luffy absolutely tore me up inside; I don't think I've ever seen him so completely broken before. After fighting so incredibly hard for Ace, his total catatonic state in Jinbe's arms really makes me wonder how he'll ever pick himself up from such a devastating loss.

Blackbeard showing up and ruining everything right at the end was actually so frustrating because the fight was finally getting good and then he just comes in to steal the spotlight
