Un capitulo de mucha acción por el enfrentamiento de dos personajes muy fuertes y con poderes asombrosos.

I am actually shaking after seeing that final clash because Ace looked so cool holding that massive sun ball, but then the darkness just ate everything. Seeing his hat on the ground at the very end made my stomach drop and Blackbeard is easily the scariest villain we have seen so far, because of how he treats people

When that black hole just *ate* Banaro Island, my jaw literally dropped; I mean, Teach's power is even crazier than I thought. This whole thing makes me wonder just how messed up the world's about to get now that he's truly on the move.

I was totally shocked when Ace's fruit stopped working, like, I always thought he was untouchable and could just burn through anything. Blackbeard really came out of nowhere with that power, making me wonder just how much of a threat he actually is to everyone.

Blackbeard taking double the pain but having an ability that drags everything into a void is a crazy trade and Ace just had no answer for it

This entire episode felt so heavy and I can't believe how much Blackbeard has changed since we first saw him eating cherry pies, and I was honestly worried for Ace the whole time because that darkness fruit is just terrifying, and seeing Ace get dragged in by gravity and punched while he couldn't use his flames was so hard to watch

Shanks really did try to tell Whitebeard that this guy was dangerous, and now we finally see why because Ace is struggling so much against that darkness

A power that can just turn off someone else's devil fruit is basically a death sentence for logia users and watching Ace realize that was scary

The way that massive fire orb collided with the darkness at the end just totally blew my mind, like I honestly have no idea how anything is gonna be the same after that. I'm so hyped for what this means for everyone, especially Luffy.

Blackbeard's power just felt so cheap to me, like how is Ace, with all his fire, supposed to even fight something that literally just swallows everything up? I was genuinely worried for him, because it really seemed like he'd never encountered a devil fruit ability that could just nullify his own so completely before.

I felt like Ace was maybe a bit too confident at first but you can see the exact moment he realized how much trouble he was in when Teach touched him

I am still thinking about that huge fire ball and the darkness swallowing the entire town and the scale of this fight is just on another level

Blackbeard is scary because he just grabs Ace and shuts off his fire and now Ace has to actually take hits like a regular person

My stomach dropped when the news reported that the outcome of this duel would be the trigger for a massive event, and it really feels like the fun pirate adventures are over for a bit

Blackbeard is a total monster for killing a crewmate over that devil fruit and you can really see the malice in his eyes when he talks about his big plans for the future

When that darkness just *swallowed* Banaro Island whole, I literally gasped — it was so sudden and horrifying. It really showed me why Shanks has been so on edge about Teach, like maybe he sensed this kind of destructive power in him all along.

Wow, I couldn't believe how that fire commander kept dishing out those massive attacks even after his invincibility wore off! It really made me respect his grit, fighting so hard despite being at such a clear disadvantage.

That final shot of the fire and the darkness clashing was so intense and it makes you really worry about what is going to happen to Ace now

I honestly thought Ace had this in the bag until Blackbeard started explaining how his fruit works and the fact that he actually feels more pain than a normal person makes the fight feel so much more grounded than most devil fruit battles because you can tell every hit he takes really hurts him but he still keeps coming at Ace with that creepy darkness

The final clash between the giant sun and the darkness looked amazing, and knowing that this fight is going to change the world makes every second feel much heavier than a normal island battle

EPISODE CONTEXT

Coming off the emotional highs and hard-won victories of Enies Lobby, this episode deliberately shifts perspective to the wider One Piece world, reminding viewers that threats are evolving far beyond the Straw Hats' immediate reach. The Ace-versus-Blackbeard confrontation introduced here acts as a critical narrative hinge, planting seeds for major arcs still to come. It bridges the post-Enies Lobby cooldown with the escalating global conflicts that will define the next major saga.
