Ahora tenemos a los gigantes de lado y ver a Luffy golpear a ese tipo de hierro me dio vida.

Luffy punching through that iron body was everything and I was shouting at the screen when he finally connected his hits against Blueno

Sogeking actually telling the giants about Dorry and Broggy changed the whole vibe of that gate fight and it makes the World Government look so much worse for lying to them

When Luffy ripped off that coat and showed those black shorts, I got chills, thinking about how absolutely relentless he was going to be against that assassin. It wasn't just a costume change to me; it felt like he was gearing up for a fight that would push him to some incredible new limit, maybe even beyond anything we'd seen before.

My patience was really wearing thin with all those flashbacks, I just wanted to get back to the fight! But then, Blueno's face when Luffy activated Gear Second and just completely outmatched him? That sudden power jump totally shocked even me, and I was so proud of my captain in that moment.

Luffy's Gear Second totally blew me away – I was grinning like crazy seeing him zip around with all that steam, finally keeping pace with those guys! But then, a few minutes later, I found myself getting choked up watching the giants openly weep over Sogeking’s message about Dorry and Brogy, which just proved to me that some bonds really do last for centuries, just like we already knew from Little Garden.

It was genuinely heartbreaking for me to watch those giants finally learn the truth about their bosses; I can only imagine how betrayed they must have felt after all this time. And Sogeking, he seriously impressed me by talking them down instead of going for a fight, which honestly made me respect him way more for choosing understanding over just pure brawn.

When Luffy finally started landing those huge hits, I practically leaped out of my seat! After seeing him totally wiped out before, it felt so incredibly good to watch him unleash everything and just completely turn the tables, proving he's never truly down for the count.

Luffy hitting Lucci with that Gear Second blew my mind; I was totally screaming at my screen, like, finally, a proper counter to CP9! After all the pain Zoro and Sanji went through, I really felt a surge of hope, though I'm still anxious about how much strain that power puts on his body.

I was so hyped for a massive showdown based on the title, but honestly, it felt like half the episode was just a recap, which was a real drag for me. The actual fight at the very end was over in a flash, and I just kept thinking, "Wait, that's it?" after all that build-up.

When Sogeking spun that tale of Dorry and Brogy for the giants, I was actually taken aback by how quickly they grasped the betrayal once he laid it all out. My heart ached seeing their pure, simple belief in their friends turn to such genuine devastation when the ugly truth of their long rivalry was finally revealed.

I seriously gasped when Luffy started steaming, and how he just disappeared right in front of Blueno was absolutely insane! I mean, seeing that speed difference makes me think he's finally closing the gap with some of the bigger threats they've faced; it's a huge step up for him.

I literally jumped when Luffy just *blinked* out of existence and was suddenly right behind Blueno, it was insane how fast he'd gotten! I remember how helpless he felt against CP9 before, so seeing him move like that, totally overpowering them, honestly gave me chills and made me so hyped for what he'd do next.

I genuinely gasped when Luffy unleashed that new power, completely leveling Blueno in an instant; my jaw was practically on the floor watching him go from struggling to just absolutely dominating. It made me wonder just how much stronger they'll all have to get to protect Robin, because this fight felt like a massive step up.

Dude, I wasn't expecting those black shorts on Luffy at all, they looked so out of place, but then he started steaming and just *dominated* the fight; I was totally screaming at my screen, thinking 'finally, he's showing off what he can really do!'

Luffy's whole body turning pink and steaming really threw me off, I mean, what kind of crazy new move was that?! You could tell he was still so mad about what Aokiji did, and I'm betting this new Gear Second is exactly what he needs to finally punch through Blueno's super tough defense. I can't wait to see how else he cranks it up!

Whoa, when Luffy just started busting out those CP9 moves, I seriously had to rewind to make sure I wasn't seeing things! Blueno looked absolutely dumbfounded, and it made me wonder just how much stronger Luffy's gotten during this whole Enies Lobby mess, like he's barely even scratched the surface of his real power.

Robin's conviction to sacrifice herself, even with Luffy literally smashing down the gates, just punched me in the gut. I totally get why she thinks she has to do this to protect them, but seeing her believe she's better off alone makes my stomach churn, remembering all she's been through.

I really felt for the giants when Sogeking told them the truth; it's so messed up to think about how long they were manipulated like that without even knowing. it just makes me wonder if they'll ever really trust anyone again after such a huge betrayal.

I seriously didn't see that coming when Luffy went all out, Blueno was so cocky with his Iron Body, but my jaw just dropped when Luffy started zipping around so fast that he literally couldn't even track the hits. It made me wonder what else Luffy's been holding back!

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 270 lands squarely in the Enies Lobby arc's escalation phase, following the Straw Hats' dramatic breach of the judicial island and their declaration of war against the World Government to retrieve Robin. Luffy's direct clash with Blueno represents the first major one-on-one fight of this arc and serves as a critical proving ground for what's ahead against the full CP9 roster. This episode builds the bridge between the crew's initial assault and the deeper, more personal battles that define Enies Lobby as one of One Piece's most celebrated arcs.
