As an anime-watcher, I don't know if it's a filler or part of the canon? Well, the OP and ED are a banger! But I think that the ED should be the OP, vice versa. The animation was perfect and the pacing was thrilling, but the trio combo overkill? Too bad for the cat, though. Peak comedy from Usopp's epic moment!

Elbaph is just starting and already fulfills all the elements of a great One Piece story, where in an unknown place, surrounded by Legos and giant animals, they have to find a way out to the sea and reunite with the others and continue the adventures.

The journey to Elbaph takes an unexpected turn when Nami wakes up alone in a strange place, a castle seemingly made of blocks and wearing clothes she does not remember changing to. Where is she? Could it be a hallucination? And why there’s so many gigantic animals around?

The episode already looked great and chaotic, especially with Nami and Usopp leading the start. It was a fun and intriguing episode overall and it felt like it was setting up for something more interesting for the next one.

OMG, I just realized it’s the East Blue OGs together again! This episode was really entertaining, with a good mix of chaos and hilarious moments that made it even more enjoyable. Though it felt a bit too fast for an episode, it was not really packed for an episode anymore.

This episode was definitely interesting, especially the setting. It felt like they were in some kind of Lego land—lol. The storyline is intriguing for a new arc, though it also gives off strong side quest vibes.

Nami just screaming her head off all the time kinda gets on my nerves even if it's supposed to be funny.

I'm kinda disappointed Nami and Usopp were so helpless. They've faced way tougher opponents than big bugs and cats. Felt like character regression.

Luffy just immediately trying to fight the big monsters is classic him and it makes me smile every time.

Honestly this episode felt like a much-needed break from the heavy stuff. Just a weird fun adventure with the crew, perfect before the next big arc.

I gotta admit the sudden shift to the block kingdom felt kinda weird after all the serious stuff. But it was still a fun change of pace.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Following the Straw Hats' reunion banquet after arriving in Elbaph, this episode kicks off the crew's disorienting plunge into the enigmatic Block Kingdom, shifting the mood from celebration to confusion and discovery. It functions as an entry point into the arc's central mysteries, dispersing the crew and establishing the strange rules of this new land. What it sets in motion points directly toward deeper revelations about this world, including hints surrounding the Sun God mythology ahead.
