acts as a major turning point in the arc. Kizaru’s involvement reaches a critical level, pushing the conflict into a new phase. At the same time, Jewelry Bonney and Bartholomew Kuma’s storyline continues to deliver emotional weight. The episode feels decisive.

kuma snagging the paw paw fruit right in front of big mom was such a gutsy move and the way he used those paws to protect his friends looked great

garling figarland is the most punchable character yet and his hair looks like a crescent moon while he treats genocide like a casual sport for points

I felt so bad for them but that scene of kuma and ginny finally eating a full meal in that church made my eyes well up

I still cant believe they killed Kumas dad for just humming a tune and it broke me watching him cry while those monsters laughed and kept hunting people like it was a game

Ivankov really is a legend for that speech, and I love how Ginny was the one who actually leaked the treasure info to lure the pirates there

young whitebeard and kaido being on the same ship was cool and rocks d xebec is finally getting some screen time even if it is just a silhouette for now

The God Valley stuff is cool, but I wish they actually showed the fight between Roger and Rocks instead of just the lead up to it. It felt a bit rushed how Kuma just suddenly appeared in the Sorbet Kingdom, without seeing him actually get past Saturn. But my heart ached during that ending with him and Ginny in the church

Kuma eating the paw fruit right in front of Big Mom was so exciting and his bravery against Saturn even as a kid shows why he is such a legend

Garling Figarland is absolutely terrifying with that moon hair and he treats the hunting game like a casual afternoon hobby which makes him one of the worst villains yet

The Marines taking credit for Garp winning while the real story of Kuma and the others is buried just feels so typical for the World Government and their constant lies

The contrast between the legendary pirates clashing on the beach and those three kids just trying to find a meal in the church is some of the best writing in this whole arc

It is wild how Ginny leaked the info just to bring the heavy hitters in, and that tactical move basically saved them all from being hunted down by those monsters in masks.

Young Whitebeard and Big Mom and Kaido appearing on that ship together was actually insane and the scale of the God Valley chaos is finally starting to make sense

I was not ready to see Kuma's dad get shot like that and the drums of liberation playing in the background just made it hurt more because he was only trying to be happy

Saint Garling is a terrifying villain, especially with that moon hair and the way he smiled while hunting down innocent people for the sake of a high score

The Celestial Dragons treating people like literal sport is just sickening and seeing them celebrate points while children run for their lives makes you really hate every single one of them

The island literally getting erased from the map after that massive three way war between the legends and the slaves is a terrifying thought

I shed a few tears when Ginny realized she was finally full and safe because it reminds you how much they suffered under the Celestial Dragons for no reason at all

Kuma using his paw powers to push the pain out of those kids at the end was such a sweet touch and it proves he was always a healer at heart

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 1130 follows the emotional gut-punch of Episode 1129's revelations about Kuma's tragic origins, escalating directly into the legendary God Valley Incident that has been teased across hundreds of episodes. This serves as the centerpiece of the extended Kuma backstory arc, bridging his childhood suffering with the pivotal moment that shaped the world's power structure. It sets up Episode 1131's exploration of Kuma and Ginny's pursuit of freedom in the aftermath.
