I was skeptical about a movie tie-in interrupting the Wano arc, but seeing Luffy and Uta as kids actually made a lot of things click for me. It explains his obsession with having a musician and gives us a better look at Shanks as a father figure. The bright colors were a little much, but the way they bonded felt very real
