Madara actually being the one behind Rin dying is so evil and it makes everything Obito did feel so much worse because he was just a puppet the whole time

The pacing was kind of slow with all the talking and flashbacks but that ending with the moon and the light hitting everyone was such a huge moment

Okay, but when Naruto just conjured a whole new eye for Kakashi, my jaw dropped. Seriously, how is his new power even working after Hagoromo? I'm left wondering if he's basically a god now or what.

Madara is a total menace for setting up that whole trap for Rin just to break Obito and the way he explained it was so cold

Sakura had one job with that kunai and her freezing up like that just feels like the writers are trying to make her look bad for no reason at all

Sakura, for real? I was so pumped to see Team 7 finally reunited, but then my jaw dropped watching her still obsess over Sasuke's feelings while the *actual moon* is going blood-red in the sky. I just couldn't believe she was still stuck on that during literally the most apocalyptic moment.

I can't believe Sakura just stood there and let Madara take the eye and now the whole world is doomed because she couldn't just stab a eyeball when she had the chance

My eyes were glued to the screen when Madara looked at the moon and everything went white

Watching Naruto and Sasuke and Sakura stand together against Madara looks incredible and their new powers are on a completely different level than anything else we have seen

That Infinite Tsukuyomi activation at the end was so ominous and seeing the moon change like that really makes the war feel like it reached the point of no return

Naruto just popping a new eye into Kakashi like it is a lightbulb is the wildest power jump and it feels like he might actually be a god at this point

My head is spinning after that reveal about Rin, because it means Madara has been playing everyone for decades and he actually got his way in the end. I lost it when Naruto just healed Kakashi out of nowhere though. It feels like the stakes are weird now since he can just fix anything but that final shot of the Infinite Tsukuyomi was beautiful.

Everyone getting caught in that blinding light after all the intensity of the war just had my heart racing, wondering what was even happening. Then for the episode to pivot into those dream sequences, I'm honestly so annoyed because I just want to see the real resolution, not some side stories right now.

Honestly, I gasped when Madara just swooped in and plucked Kakashi's Sharingan out like it was a cheap toy, that was so much more brutal than I expected, and for a second I thought Kakashi was done for. But then Naruto just instantly fixed him right up, which totally blew my mind and really highlighted just how broken his Six Paths power had become.

Ugh, I seriously wanted to pull my hair out when Sakura was still wondering if Sasuke even liked her, even as everything was literally falling apart. It's just so frustrating because I know she's grown so much as a ninja, but then her entire focus shrinks back to this one thing like nothing else matters.

Oh man, my heart just absolutely broke for Obito when Madara dropped that bombshell about Rin; I mean, his entire life's mission, everything he fought for, was just a cruel, twisted lie orchestrated by the very guy he followed, and it's wild to think he was manipulated so utterly from the start, now with the Infinite Tsukuyomi actually rolling out while Team 7 tries to figure out their next move.

Okay, I literally blinked and Naruto just conjured up a new eye for Kakashi, like, where did that even come from? Honestly, I'm starting to think the power scaling in this show just packed its bags and left because that was beyond ridiculous.

I seriously couldn't believe Sakura just stood there, staring at the eye, when Obito was practically screaming at her to destroy it! My heart was racing thinking this was their last chance, and then she totally fumbled it, letting Madara get both Rinnegan, which just felt like a punch to the gut after all that build-up.

I literally gasped when Madara actually pulled off the Infinite Tsukuyomi; that terrifying shot of the moon transforming the sky felt so final, and it's just wild to think everyone is now trapped in some dream world, totally unaware.

I seriously couldn't believe it when Madara revealed he orchestrated everything with Rin; it just makes Obito's entire story feel so tragic, like his whole life was a setup, you know? And seeing that Moon Eye Plan at the end, even with Team 7 finally back together, just made me despair because it felt like they were completely out of their depth against such a master manipulator.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Picking up directly from 'To Rise Up,' where Team 7 reunited against a powered-up Madara, 'The Infinite Dream' escalates that confrontation and pushes the trio's coordination to its limits. This episode serves as a critical bridge between the team's immediate battle and the larger catastrophic event looming ahead in the subsequent 'The Infinite Tsukuyomi,' positioning the narrative to shift from personal combat stakes to world-altering consequences. At this stage—85% through the series—every episode is building toward the final stretch of the Fourth Great Ninja War.
