Okay, I literally laughed out loud when Guy showed up dressed as that massive bird; it's such a classic move for him to try and cover up their blunder with something so over-the-top, just like when he pulled that ridiculous pose during the Chunin Exams. I mean, only he could come up with something that goofy to hide the fact they totally wrecked the boat.

OMG, I completely lost it when Lee got seasick and started puking, only for it to trigger his Drunken Fist mode! It was such a hilarious and unexpected way for him to power up, and honestly, I haven't laughed that hard at the show in a while.

Lee's seasick fist totally caught me off guard, like, who even thinks of something that wild? It just makes me wonder how many truly bizarre training sessions Guy-sensei and he went through to develop something so effective and yet so utterly ridiculous.

I totally didn't expect them to bring up the Kimimaro fight again, but man, seeing that callback totally elevated the seasick fist joke for me. It was such a clever touch, and it honestly made me laugh even harder thinking about Lee's past struggles.

Lee going all out with his 'Seasick Fist' was such a wild surprise, I honestly thought this filler episode on the boat would be a total snooze, but then Guy's misery was just peak comedy. It reminded me so much of Lee's Drunken Fist antics, but way messier, and I couldn't help but crack up at how green Guy got from all the rocking.

I absolutely lost it watching Guy and Lee bouncing around on that rocking boat, seeing Guy completely seasick was such a hilarious and pathetic sight. It's always wild to me how even the strongest shinobi have their weaknesses, and his motion sickness is just classic!

Okay, I usually skip filler, but seeing Lee and Guy acting like total goofballs on that ship was genuinely hilarious and totally caught me off guard. It's like, even in the middle of all the war drama, they just can't help but be themselves, and honestly, I needed that ridiculousness today.

I seriously can't get over Rock Lee trying to do his intense training on that boat while everyone else was puking their guts out; only he would be that dedicated to fitness, even when the world is literally rocking around him.

Okay, the chibi animation at the beginning totally caught me off guard, but I kinda loved how it immediately set the stage for all the silly shenanigans they got into on that boat trip, it was such a fun contrast after everything.

I seriously cracked up watching Guy try to cover for Lee's drunken escapades, it was so classic Guy, always looking out for his student even when it's totally embarrassing. It really shows how much he cares about Lee's reputation and probably also how much he wants to avoid Lee finding out he has a wild side, haha!

Kakashi's drunken antics were such a throwback to the old days, and I totally got a kick out of seeing the drunken fist style again, even if it was just for a bit. My main gripe, though, was how long Guy went to ridiculous lengths trying to hide that restaurant mess from Lee; I felt like they could've wrapped that whole gag up way faster, it just kinda wore thin.

When Guy started getting all dramatic about his reputation again, I just knew what was coming, and honestly, it still cracked me up. My favorite part is how Lee still looks up to him so purely despite all the over-the-top antics – it just reinforces why their bond is so special.

Lee's desperate struggle to learn the Hidden Lotus, even with his body screaming, honestly gave me chills because I understand just how much he craves Guy Sensei's approval. It really highlights how Guy's unwavering faith is what truly pushes Lee past his physical limits, making me appreciate their bond even more.

Haha, Rock Lee's motion sickness popping up during a serious war moment totally caught me off guard, and I gotta say, it was such a classic Lee move that perfectly broke the tension. After all the super intense stuff, I was genuinely relieved to just have a good laugh and remember the lighter side of things.

That whole scene with Lee absolutely trashing the restaurant had me in stitches watching Guy Sensei's escalating panic. I feel like this is just another Tuesday for them, yet Guy still jumps to protect Lee, which honestly just makes their whole master-student bond so funny and sweet.

I loved that Lee and Guy got their own episode, seriously, watching Guy try to help Lee with his seasickness was so endearing; it really shows how much he cares about his student, even in goofy situations like that boat ride.

I gotta say, the whole "seasick fist" thing really had me scratching my head; it felt like such a goofy rehash of the drunken fist jutsu from ages ago, and honestly, I was just hoping for something a bit more original at this point.

I seriously wasn't expecting to laugh so hard at a filler, but Lee's seasick fist this episode was pure gold. The way he was stumbling around yet still somehow managed to whack Guy, it really highlights that absurd, almost father-son bond they've got going on, even in a silly side story like this.

Even though this episode was total filler and not much happened, I was so stoked to see the Drunken Fist again; it instantly made me think of Rock Lee's crazy fight with Kimimaro, which was one of my favorite early Shippuden moments.

Oh my god, Guy Sensei trying to convince Lee that the whole tavern thing was just 'visualization training' had me absolutely howling, like he was so desperate to cover his own mess. I swear, Lee is just too pure to question it, which only made it funnier when he bought into that ridiculous explanation.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting deep in a stretch of filler content around episode 228 of 500, this episode follows the standalone adventure 'The Forgotten Island' and precedes another filler entry, 'Eat or Die! Mushrooms from Hell!' There is no active canon arc at this point — the series is in a prolonged cooldown period between major storyline events. This is a character-focused comedic detour with zero bearing on the overarching narrative.
