A whole slow burn and I am here for it. We finally get the lore and character depth needed to flesh out the Meisei baseball legacy, and the dynamic between the Tachibana brothers is just perfect. Even if the training drills felt a bit mid and the pacing dragged, the introduction of the new rivals is fire.
