Yesss si Nao udah mulai tajam. Aku mulai suka sama dia sekarang. Meskipun aku masih agak slow untuk ngikutin penjelasan Akiyama, tapi aku setuju kalau tim Negara Siang agak lemot dan penakut. Cerita jadi semakin serius dan seru. Opening dan Ending song barunya juga bagus.

Nao is getting so good—I'm so proud of her! I liked the progression in this episode. It was a little slow-paced, but the tension remained throughout, which kept things really interesting. It's just getting SO good!

Dialogue-driven episode, but it still kept things interesting. I liked the backstory with Kikuzawa, which gave us more depth to his character and even Yokoya's (dude's a master manipulator). How does this anime keep getting more interesting as it goes on? Lol.

Loved this episode! It leaned more on dialogue, as always. The backstory in the first half really made the characters feel even more real and fleshed out. Also, the new opening and ending themes are so good!

Un episodio sumamente tenso con muchos giros que te hace no despegar la mirada de lo que estás viendo. Además se notó una mejora de la animación en este episodio para comenzar el segundo cour de la temporada; ojalá se mantenga.

Yokoya having a pet mouse while he ruined his entire school is so creepy and it makes his peaceful face even scarier than before

I thought we were finally winning until Akiyama explained that 700 million yen debt math and now my stomach is actually turning

The reveal about the ATM balance trap was such a gut punch and Yokoya is playing on a completely different level than everyone else and it is scary

Fukunaga screaming about the 100 million yen was so funny but then Akiyama ruined the mood by saying everyone is broke anyway and now the team looks terrified

Nao stopping the team from beating up Kikuzawa was a huge moment and she really is the glue holding these idiots together right now

I really felt for Kikuzawa when his backstory came out and Yokoya is actually a monster for what he did to that school and the mouse thing was just creepy

EPISODE CONTEXT

At episode 14, Liar Game is operating in its mature phase, where the foundational rules have been established and the human cost of each game is fully felt. Prior episodes have tested and forged the dynamic between Nao and Akiyama through increasingly elaborate deceptions, and this episode continues building on those accumulated pressures. What unfolds here is likely setting the stage for a pivotal confrontation or shift in the game's structure as the series moves toward its endgame.
