I feel like we're slowly improving the quality of the story. But being better than zero isn't exactly a huge leap forward. I appreciate that the anime is aware that Nomoto is useless and keeps it that way. However, considering that the only good thing about this anime is the fights, the way the characters talk so much during tense moments is quite irritating. And while the appeal of the first fight is that it ended quickly, given how poorly written this anime is, it definitely could have used a bit more action. Oh and before I forget, The gratuitous SA scenes are garbage.
