QUICK TAKES

I wasn't sure what to expect from the whole plot, but I think the balance between comedy and tension kept me entertained the entire time. The action is slick, the comedic timing is on point.

This is a very hilarious episode. The fight scene is so funny and absurd. Expecting some cool fight scenes but this is still enjoyable to watch.

I nearly spit out my drink watching Shin introduce himself. Like, bruh, that was so disappointing, LOL! Maybe it's wrong of me to expect a shoujo-like vibe from this in the first place, but come on. Kidding aside, this episode was really fun. I thoroughly enjoyed the action because not only was it pretty tense, it was also really funny.

It always puts me on edge when a series introduced an eccentric villain and showcases how strong and capable he is. And I want to slap myself for doubting Ogami's professional skills and capabilities of being an assassin. All the more knowing what a goofball and a weirdo Shin is. LOL his challenge was just a child's play to Ogami and to think he also needs to avoid the traps clumsily just to cover up his true nature. LOLOLOL

Yep, as expected this has turned into a battle manga er anime or to generalize it a battle shounen(?). I have no complaints regarding that and the more eccentric the enemies showing up the better. I like the small details of Oogami moving in a clumsy manner to at least hide his real capabilities. This episode reminded me of Hitman Reborn(the ep1-20 ones) with those ridiculous duels and such.

What in the fake dating trope is actually happening😭😭 alright, plot is definitely thickening and things just got more interesting with new characters and apparently hitman into the story. However the fact that the new kid was such a dork and weirdo is just so funny 😭 but the fight scene was really fun and thrilling!

Un episodio que combina momentos de acción y tensión con comedia absurda, pero que igualmente logra sacar unas risas. Me gustaron las escenas de combates y la habilidad de Juzo.

Absolutely hilarious episode. I've never even seen a pacifier battle done before so that was so new.. I feel that the anime gets better this epsiode onwards honestly..

genuinely hilarious

That pacifier-throwing competition was absolutely hilarious

Probably the funniest episode so far. The absurd pacifier duel somehow becomes intense, and Shin instantly stealing every scene made it even better. The mix of ridiculous comedy and serious assassin energy works perfectly.

EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming off the episode that locked Juuzou into his boyfriend cover with Noren, this installment raises the stakes by introducing Shin Kohazame and the Yuigan organization — the first real external threat to complicate the mission beyond personal awkwardness. At the one-third mark of a 12-episode season, it signals the show is moving from setup into active conflict, planting threats that are clearly positioned to grow in the episodes ahead.
