The studio redeemed itself in this final episode. The animation and effects are great plus the soundtrack greatly amplifies the emotion of each scene, especially in the last part. There isn’t any explanation of the Colorless King’s past and the conclusion of the story is so bittersweet that it made me tear up a little.
