Hiroshi is definitely going to get in trouble for snooping around. You can tell the system does not like outsiders looking at the data

I didn't expect a hentai to go this hard on the psychological horror, because seeing Imako forced into a new life against her will is genuinely haunting

Watching her personality just get deleted by a computer program is terrifying. It makes you wonder how much of her is even left

I went into this expecting something standard, but the way it explores identity erasure through that system is actually haunting. Seeing Imako lose her sense of self while Dr. Aoki watches with those murky motivations makes my skin crawl. It reminds me of the tension in Discipline, especially during that moment where her childhood friend does not even recognize her face.

I felt so sick watching Imako lose herself and that Dr Aoki guy is pure evil for what he is doing to her

a system that can just delete your soul and replace it with a new one is the scariest concept this season and imako is completely helpless against it

it is hard to watch her life get stolen by a machine and you can really feel the psychological weight when her old friends do not recognize her

that ending with her being completely different is actually terrifying and it makes you wonder if anyone in this world is even real anymore

the way this show handles identity erasure reminds me of bible black but the technological angle makes it feel way more invasive and messed up

watching imako slowly forget who she was actually made me feel sick and the psychological aspect of this is way heavier than i expected

that system rewriting her entire personality is way creepier than anything else and dr aoki gives off the worst vibes imaginable

hiroshi starting to notice things are wrong gives some hope for imako because that social experiment is straight out of a nightmare

Dr. Aoki is so sketchy, and seeing him erase her entire identity for no clear reason is so uncomfortable.

I am actually disturbed by how fast Imako just loses herself to that system and seeing her memories get rewritten like that felt so gross

The kitchen scene really worked for me because the animation and lighting actually looked decent

The character designs are exactly what you expect from the source material, which is great because they have that soft look and it feels a bit different from the usual stuff in this genre because there is a weird tension about where the story is actually going while people keep talking about the manga having a bad ending so hopefully the anime stays on this path

Ichina seems like such a nervous wreck and it makes their dynamic pretty funny to watch

That ending with them just staring at each other is worrying because of the manga rumors but for now they are just sweet together

That art style is so good and I think the way she interacts with Ichina is just cute

seeing her childhood friend start to notice the irregularities while she is being reprogrammed was the most tense part for sure

EPISODE CONTEXT

As the first of only two episodes, this installment carries the full burden of introduction — establishing Imako and Ichina's relationship from the ground up with no prior context to lean on. Everything that defines the series begins here. The second and final episode, 'Imako and Pharmacology,' is expected to shift the dynamic meaningfully, introducing new elements that evolve — or complicate — what this episode sets in motion.
