you can really feel how tired everyone is in this fifth set and it makes every single point feel like a war

Ugh, that out-of-bounds call against Karasuno just felt so wrong to me, I practically felt the air get sucked out of the room. Seeing them all look so utterly deflated as they switched sides, especially Hinata and Tanaka, made my stomach drop; you could tell it really shook their momentum.

The music in this episode is insane, and it makes the pressure of being down 9-5 feel so much more suffocating for the crows.

Tsukishima going down like that felt like a punch in the gut because he was finally starting to enjoy the game and now the defense is a mess without him there

That red stain on the court just smacked me right in the face, you know? It's like, I totally expected things to get wild, but seeing Tsukki laid out like that, I just immediately thought, "no way, not now, not when they need him most for those killer blocks!" I really need him back out there ASAP.

tsukishima clenching his teeth in the hallway while he was bleeding just shows how much he finally cares about winning this match

Ushijima's brief flashback with his father really resonated with me; it made his whole powerful aura feel less like arrogance and more like a deep-seated commitment, which is actually kind of moving. Seeing Karasuno struggle so much without Tsukishima in the game is tough, even with Narita stepping up, because Ushijima just feels inevitable. But then Akiteru's face when he realized how much his brother truly loves volleyball? That was a moment that made me genuinely emotional, thinking about how much he'd held back.
