I actually started yelling when that 360 camera shot panned around the court during the last point, and the way the music cut out made my skin crawl in the best way possible

akiteru being the loudest person in the stands while cheering for his brother made that whole tsukishima mvp moment even better and seeing him so proud was just a great touch

The whole eagle versus crows metaphor really clicked when Hinata finally broke through those wings to score. It felt like the entire stadium held its breath for that final set, and seeing Karasuno win after being the underdogs for so long was so satisfying. That shot of the scoreboard flipping to twenty-one, showing them as winners, is going to stay in my head for a long time.

takeda and ukai hugging on the sidelines was so sweet because you can tell how much they cared about these kids making it to the orange court after all that hard work

The way every single Karasuno member contributed to that last, crazy-long rally before Hinata's spike was just incredible, I couldn't tear my eyes away! Seeing that ball finally hit the floor after such an intense back-and-forth made all the tension melt away, and I felt so incredibly proud of them. You could really tell how badly they all wanted it, and it paid off!

tsukishima screaming after that block was the biggest shock of the whole show since he is always acting bored but he really saved the match by shutting down ushijima at the very end

When Daichi, Suga, and Asahi finally collapsed into that huge group hug, openly sobbing on the court, I completely choked up right alongside them. It was such a monumental moment, especially knowing how long they'd carried the weight of Karasuno being called the 'fallen powerhouse'—their victory truly felt like a release for all of us who've been rooting for them since the start.

kageyama getting that youth camp invite right at the end was such a cool way to close things out and he looked so confused while everyone else was celebrating his massive jump

ushijima looking at the floor in total silence after the whistle blew felt so heavy since he was such a monster the whole time and seeing him lose was actually surreal

A wave of sadness washed over me watching Daichi, Suga, and Asahi finally embrace on the court, yet there was also a profound beauty in it. My gut told me just how much every single practice and sacrifice meant for their national dreams, and seeing them cling to each other like that really highlighted their bond.

When that ball finally slammed down, my whole body just deflated for a second, but then watching Hinata punch through Ushijima's block? That was the most satisfying thing, I felt like *I* was flying right there with him, like he'd finally shattered the limits everyone put on him!

watching everyone on karasuno touch that ball before the final point was actually unreal and you can really see how their total war philosophy finally broke down the big eagle

EPISODE CONTEXT

As episode 10 of 10, this is the definitive conclusion to a season built entirely around a single high-stakes match between Karasuno and Shiratorizawa, with the winner advancing to nationals. Episode 9, 'The Volleyball Idiots,' pushed both teams to their absolute limits and set the stage for this climactic resolution. Beyond closing the season's central conflict, this finale serves as the payoff for Karasuno's entire journey across three seasons and establishes the trajectory for what comes next in their volleyball careers.
