Gunslinger Girl: Il Teatrino OVA

The girls take a much needed break from their daily routine at a villa their trainers owned and visited when they were younger. This was a somber experience, the memory flooded back, both the brothers handled the grief differently. If the girls weren't there it probably would have been a time spent in regret for the brothers. The ending proves that. The scenery was so beautiful, the night sky was brimming with stars, and the spray of the ocean made the atmosphere very inviting, a true vacation spot for tourists.

The pacing is slow but the tone is heavy, so it hits more with emotion than action.

The animation quality is also better than the regular episodes of Il Teatrino, although it still doesn't reach the level of the first season. However, the soundtrack remains good.

It's an excellent backdrop for what's about to take place runs counter to the peaceful live the Venice Faction has set up in tier country.
