More emotional than dramatic. The movie focuses on messy relationships, not perfect romance. The music still hits hard, but the real weight is in the tension between characters. If you like realistic love stories, this is for you; not if you want something light and simple.

this movie really said “love is messy and music won’t save you instantly” and punched me in the throat 😭 akihiko/haruki/ugetsu is just layers of bad decisions + yearning. raw, uncomfortable, but painfully real. not clean BL fluff—this is DAMAGE.

It was an emotional ride for me. I felt a bit emotional thinking how Haruki and Akihiko grow. It was messy and emotional, but I also learned some life and decisions lessons. The dialogues and the story were just perfect for me. Overall, this is good and really hits the spot.

this is a solid follow-up but it's messy. shifts focus to the adults, which is fine, but the pacing feels rushed. the music still slaps. not as gut-punch as the series, but worth it for fans. just wish it had more time to breathe.

Pure emotional resonance! Moving from the series to the movie shifts the focus to Akihiko and Haruki’s complex dynamic, and it’s handled with such maturity. The concert scene is a technical masterpiece of sound and raw feeling!

EP1. I LOVE THIS MOVIE SO MUCH, the emotions, storyline, the music, every character and events is still clinging in my heart even after watching it. If you want real life love and career story with amazing music, I highly recommend this movie and its series. IT WILL YOU!!!
