The unique aspect of this anime from the first episode is the bass-boosted SFX that hurts you ears in prolonged watches, i recommended to turn down volume in action scenes. Overall good first episode, introduces the world of fate and basic rules of the holy grail war.

The first thing I noticed was the art style, color grading, and sound effects, it's good. The character animation just dipped in some scenes. The first episode is lore-heavy. It jumped straight to the conflict. Make sure to check the post-credit scene.

Okay first episode with decent action animation. Nothing too creative or insane but good enough for A1. Apo's (only) strength is the fighting so hopefully it is kept up on this level. Otherwise quite typical content as expected. Some character designs bug me in the wrong way.

It’s a lot of lore to digest at once, but you need it to understand why these two teams are about to tear each other apart. The scale of this war is massive compared to the usual 1v1v1 stuff. Definitely worth the watch to set the stage.

A strong opener that quickly establishes the Great Holy Grail War and its scale. The pacing is fast but controlled, and both factions are introduced clearly without confusion. A solid start if you want immediate conflict and stakes. ⚔️

Generally okay, it started out pretty strong with its world-building and epic-scale battle setting— just an intro to the world and its unique variation of the Holy Grail War. But good lord there are way too many characters introduced! and none are particularly interesting 7/10
