Dropkick On My Devil! Arc Review

⭐ Animation : It’s surprisingly consistent, for a show that leans so hard into meta-commentary about having no budget.
⭐ Baka : Very Baka
⭐ Seinen : not very seinen, It’s cozy violence. It actually shounen gag.
⭐ Character Rizz : The designs are top-tier.
⭐ Overall : ❤️Nice ❤️, It’s the perfect junk food anime. You don't watch it for the plot, complex themes, or other elitist buzzwords; you watch it to keep yourself going through wretched days. However, it has an unexpected amount of depth for a silly slice-of-life from the lore to character depths and relation to history and the worldbuilding elements, and while it's soft worldbuilding, it’s still much more detailed than I expected.

⭐ Watch if :
- You like seeing viper girl sliced into sashimi after a failed dropkick attempt
- You like Protagonist who is a gambling addict, a pathological liar, and a coward who would sell her best friends
- You like slapstick and meta comedy
- You like deconstruction of "summoned creature(?)" trope. (I'm kidding lol)

(1) Yurine Hanazono : I just like witches
(2) Medusa : The ultimate enabler
(3) Pekola : Representative of the working class
(4) Jashin Chan : She's actually a very complex character
(5) Satan : The trivia drops are unironically one of the best parts of the show.
