Watching Gohan transform and land right on top of Vegeta was just pure luck but it saved everyone in the end and my brain is completely fried

Goku pushing himself into Kaioken x4 was brutal, and you can really see his muscles tearing apart from the pressure of all that energy

Goku's face when he figured out *he* was the Great Ape who killed Grandpa Gohan absolutely wrecked me, I mean, the poor guy lived with that guilt unknowingly for so long. It makes me wonder if Gohan always knew and just kept it quiet to protect his grandson, which is just gut-wrenching to think about.

Yajirobe actually doing something useful for once by cutting that tail off is the biggest shock of the entire saiyan saga so far

Vegeta making a fake moon just to turn into a giant monkey feels like such a cheap move but you have to respect how much he wants to win this fight

Those huge ape hands crushing Goku while he was already broken from the kaioken strain was probably the most hopeless moment in the show yet

That final moment where Krillin has the sword ready to end Vegeta but Goku begs him to stop is so hard to watch and it makes you wonder if being that kind is actually a weakness when the guy just tried to blow up the earth and kill your kid but it shows how much Goku is not like the other saiyans
