We get to see the contract signing of becoming a Partner. As usual the visual is very shocking where it is definitely not your usual contract signing. There is actually more to the Partner system as later reveal by En, so the lore just keep thickens.

Feels more serious as the tension finally builds up. Nikaido’s struggle really stands out, and the stakes feel higher now. The fights are brutal but smooth, while the comedy still hits at the right time. It’s chaotic, but now it actually feels heavy.

the tension around Nikaido finally boils over and it's SO good. her whole internal conflict about using. Johnson going feral on a mushroom monster is peak comedy relief in the middle of all the chaos lol. stakes feel very real rn

this episode was more focused and goal-driven feel. the animation during the fight scenes was gore and brutal. Characters seem more active in this episode tbh

This episode is slowly building up the lore, tension, and remaining mystery of the series. The twists and the foreshadowing of this episode are SO MUCH FUN TO WATCH! CAN'T STOP LAUGHING from the funny and humorous dialogue from our beloved characters. (CERTIFIED LAUGHWORTHY) 👍😂

Now things actually feel serious—conflict building hard. Still weird, still messy, but now it got weight. 🔥

man this episode was intense. the animation during the fight scenes was brutal and fluid. the whole sequence in the church had this eerie, desperate energy. nikaido's determination was palpable, and the way the action just kept escalating? the stakes felt massive. 🎭

EPISODE CONTEXT

Coming off Episode 9's festival infiltration and Caiman's pursuit of Risu, Episode 10 deepens the web of mysteries around character identities and shifting allegiances while maintaining relentless momentum. As the penultimate stretch of a 12-episode season, this episode bridges mid-season revelations with the endgame, positioning key players for the confrontations promised in Episode 11's 'The Boss / Let's Meet at the Snack Bar.' It's a critical pivot point where the show transitions from unraveling threads to tightening them.
