Giant robots, weaponized degeneracy, absurd penguin villains, and enough unhinged energy to make most ecchi shows look tame. Somehow beneath all the chaos, the cast clicks surprisingly well. Kouichi is exactly the kind of shameless protagonist this madness needs. It feels like a parody that accidentally became its own thing.
