Hosen is truly an infuriating and unhinged character, but it must be admitted that he makes this season far more interesting and exciting. The atmosphere in this episode is also quite tense. Ayanokoji is in a disadvantageous position, can't wait to see how he handle this test.

Tension builds up here. The strategy to win gets explained. Ayanokouji is still a target for the first years. As usual he stays nonchalant. Slow pace with a lot of talk but there are important hints for future episodes

You can't really trust anyone here in this episode. Everyone is planning beyond the plan of their group and serves as a selfish act alone on their own. I really hate Hosen and his face. I want him beaten so badly like Ryuen in Season 2 lmao.

Amasawa completely owning Housen and demanding all the points was a power move for real

Housen just came in and completely took over the room you gotta admire his audacity even if he's awful

This episode really set the stage for the island exam, and I'm honestly so ready for it to start. The first-years are way more intriguing than I thought, with Yagami pulling some serious strings and Amasawa just being completely unpredictable; it's going to be wild watching them clash with the upperclassmen, especially with that massive bounty hanging over Ayanokouji's head.

Amasawa just effortlessly shutting down Housen was so good to see her wit is sharp and her power is evident.
