Synopsis

We lay our scene in the fair Dahlia Academy, where two countries, both alike in dignity, come together; the "Black Doggies" of the Eastern Nation of Touwa and "White Cats" of the Principality of West have a longstanding feud. Romio Inuzuka and Juliet Persia, leaders of their respective dorms, seem to be bitter enemies. In reality, however, Romio and Juliet are hopelessly in love, but revealing their relationship would call upon the ire of all their comrades. They hide their love to maintain peace, but a clandestine relationship means they miss out on many of the activities couples get to do. As they grow closer together, Romio and Juliet must come to terms with the fact that keeping their relationship a secret may prove to be impossible. [Written by MAL Rewrite]

I totally enjoyed this. Starting off, the story was definitely interesting, but some elements were pretty generic. The pacing was enjoyable, but it wasn't the best. To be fair, the comedic scenes made the story progress more slowly. BUT, that ain't a flaw. In fact, what I love the most here is the comedy. It's just too freaking funny! To nitpick a little, though, some of the tense moments were either kinda annoying or pretty generic. Craftsmanship-wise, I can't emphasize enough how much I love the visuals and art style. I just totally love how cute the characters are! The voice acting was also amazing. I was totally cracking up whenever Inuzuka was on screen. Bro's just funny as heck. I also have to mention that the BGM was wonderful. It literally elevates the mood. Overall, I'd rate this series a 9/10. It's funny, cute, and totally enjoyable.
