Nemu really threw me for a loop by going after Uryu, especially since I remember her seeing a gentler side of him before in the Soul Society. I felt such a surge of relief, mixed with sadness, when she not only pushed him but then turned around and helped him get his powers back. It makes me wonder if she was testing his resolve, seeing how much he truly wanted to reclaim what he'd lost, which honestly gives their strange dynamic even more weight than before.
