I usually skip filler but watching Uryu use a string and a stuffed lion to solve a magical geometry puzzle was actually decent and it was fun seeing him outshine the soul reapers who only know how to hit things with swords and I hope the rest of the bount arc keeps up this weird mystery vibe instead of just fighting

Seeing the museum turn into a neverending loop was trippy, and it was satisfying to see Uryu finally take the lead since the others were totally lost

Ririn is such a brat for making them play this weird hide and seek game and it makes the pacing feel so slow for a filler episode

Uryu hitting that pill out of Noba's mouth, I was totally unprepared for the mod soul reveal, like my brain just couldn't process it for a second. It just added another layer of mystery and danger to the whole situation, and I felt completely blindsided, wondering what other secrets were being kept.

Having the floor just disappear as a total hallucination was a neat trick and it showed how different these mod soul enemies are from hollows

Using Kon as a marker to find the exit made me smile and Uryu really showed how smart he is compared to the others who were just shouting at walls

Uryu figuring out the museum was a Möbius strip made me feel like he is the only one with a brain, especially with Renji and Ichigo just running in circles like idiots

Ichigo and Renji yelling at each other in that museum was so annoying and they just keep falling for the most obvious traps ever

The museum being a giant loop is a cool concept but the pacing drags when they spend half the episode just running and falling into fake holes

It was interesting to see how the mansion traps worked but the way it ended just felt like we are exactly where we started twenty minutes ago

Watching the group struggle against a house instead of actual villains is pretty boring and it makes me want to skip ahead to the next canon arc

Uryu and the others are just standing around talking way too much while they are trapped and it feels like the show is just stalling for time

The animation was decent during the action parts but the story just lacks any real stakes since we all know this Bount stuff is just filler and wont change the main plot

Ririn and the other mod souls are okay but their games in the mansion are starting to get old and it feels like the plot is just stuck

I am trying my best to get through this arc, but the labyrinth mansion stuff is making it so hard because the pacing is just non-existent. It feels like we are just killing time until something actually relevant happens and it is frustrating when you want to see the characters grow but they are just stuck in these weird filler puzzles

I really wanted to like the Bount stuff but this labyrinth episode was just too slow and I kept waiting for something cool to happen with the powers

Honestly, the way this episode just feels like a massive waste of time because none of it matters for the actual story is why people say skip this arc

The labyrinth felt like it was dragging on forever and Ichigo and the others just felt like they were running in circles while the Bounts were barely even there

I felt like nothing important actually happened in that mansion and it makes sense why people say this is just filler that slows everything down

Uryu trying to use his head while the others just run around is typical but the strategy doesn't matter when the maze looks so plain

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 66 sits within the early stretch of the anime-original Bount arc, following the mysterious disappearance of allies in the previous episode that pulled Ichigo, Renji, and Uryū into this trap. As a filler episode, it builds atmosphere and character dynamics for the Bount storyline without advancing canon material. It sets the stage for the trio to confront the enigmatic forces orchestrating these events in the episodes ahead.
