Trying to figure out why Chad is just standing there with those guys makes me really suspicious about what he has been doing this whole time

The story is definitely taking its time compared to the last few seasons and focusing on the mystery of these new humans makes for a good change

The idea that their moms were attacked by hollows before they were born is such a dark way to get powers and it really changes how you look at the human world

Everything about the way Fullbringers manipulate the souls of everyday items sounds like such a cool concept and it gives a whole new perspective on how spiritual energy works in this world

This new group seems a bit shady and it is hard to tell if they are just using Ichigo for something or if they really want to get rid of their own powers

Riruka is way too much and her blushing over Ichigo is funny considering the guy is just standing there looking confused

I really thought Ginjo was going to be a total weirdo but seeing him pull that huge sword out of a tiny necklace was actually impressive

The explanation about how Fullbring works with the souls of objects and the link to hollows is pretty interesting, and it makes Ichigo getting his abilities back feel much more grounded.

I am still trying to figure out if Kugo Ginjo is actually a good guy because he seems way too smooth to be trusted and the way he talked about the hollows felt very calculated

It is pretty cool how they can pull souls out of everyday objects, and the way the animation shows the boots and the drink changing looked great.

Riruka getting all flustered when she first saw Ichigo was hilarious and she is definitely going to be a fun character to watch while things get serious with Xcution

Something about Ginjo feels off and you can tell he is hiding something behind that calm attitude he keeps showing Ichigo

My brain actually stalled seeing Chad standing there in the hideout because I definitely did not expect him to be part of this group

It is painful to watch Ichigo act so desperate to protect everyone when he has zero spiritual pressure and you can really tell how much it is eating at him this episode

I am actually digging this slower pace because the mystery around the Substitute Shinigami badge is starting to get interesting. Watching Ichigo struggle with being a normal human while everyone around him is in danger feels very grounded for once. I just hope Ginjo and Xcution are as helpful as they claim because they all seem pretty sketchy to me right now.

That jazzy music playing while Ginjo explained the powers made the whole scene feel so different from the rest of the series and it really set a weirdly cool atmosphere for the hideout

The whole vibe of Xcution in that tiny bar is so different from the Soul Society stuff and it feels refreshing

Seeing Ichigo look so desperate for his powers back makes it obvious why he would trust total strangers like Ginjo right now

I felt so bad for Ichigo the whole time he was talking to Xcution because you can see how much he hates being a normal human. Finding out they can restore his Soul Reaper powers is huge, and I really hope Ginjo is telling the truth. Seeing him this desperate to protect his friends makes his choice to join the group make total sense.

Watching Ichigo decide he will do whatever it takes to protect his friends again gives the story the spark it was missing

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at episode 346 of 366, this marks the true launchpad of the Fullbring arc, Bleach's final major storyline in the anime. It follows Ichigo's prolonged period of powerlessness after the Aizen saga and pivots the series toward an entirely new power system and cast of allies. Everything introduced here—Ginjo, Xcution, Fullbring itself—becomes the foundation for the conflicts and betrayals that will carry the show through its remaining episodes.
