It was genuinely crushing to watch Kon, after he poured his heart into trying to save Nozomi, only for her to totally disregard him and use him as a shield right before that overwhelming attack. I mean, my guy just wants to be useful and protective, and she just throws him away like that; it’s honestly just sad how little consideration he gets sometimes.
