I literally gasped when Gin finally turned on Aizen; it felt like such a massive betrayal, but then I remembered him saving Rangiku, and it clicked that this whole time he's been playing a much longer, darker game than any of us realized. It makes me wonder just how deep his true loyalty runs, and if Rangiku was the key to all his decisions.
