Hitsugaya, boldly proclaiming he’d destroy Aizen, made me actually think for a second he had a secret weapon, only for my chest to tighten as he walked right into such a brutally clear trap. It’s infuriating to watch Aizen constantly twist everyone’s emotions and outmaneuver them; I genuinely question how the captains ever expect to beat someone who plays mind games so flawlessly.
