I was actually kinda surprised to learn Baraggan had his own kingdom before Aizen, and it really reframed his whole arrogant vibe for me. No wonder he was so obsessed with being on top; seeing him go out like that, still clinging to his title as a king even in defeat, was pretty dramatic.
