I was honestly shocked by how brutal Ichigo got, like when he stomped on Ulquiorra's head—that Cero was just insane, totally different from anything we've seen from him. And man, watching Ulquiorra just turn to dust after all that, it really left me with this weird mix of pity and unease, especially considering how he was always so cold.
