It really got to me seeing Orihime just watch Ichigo get trashed like that, and her screams were agonizing because I could feel how utterly useless she felt in that moment. Her expression alone told me that she was just reliving all her worst fears of not being able to protect him, a dramatic reminder of her past struggles.
