I was actually pretty relieved to get a break from all the intensity with Ichigo, and seeing Hanataro and Nanao together was such a pleasant surprise! Their dynamic is surprisingly endearing, and I just kept thinking about how Nanao, despite being so composed, always has this soft spot for the seemingly timid Hanataro, which makes their little mystery feel more dramatic and significant to their story.
