Honestly, I was so frustrated with Byakuya; his whole 'pride and self-respect' thing felt like such a flimsy excuse when Rukia was literally in tears over those shattered pieces, making me wonder if he truly understood the gravity of the situation. And can I just say, I'm genuinely surprised by how engaging this filler arc is turning out to be, Muramasa's actually a pretty compelling antagonist.
