I really felt for Ichigo when the gate slammed shut because they were so close to getting inside. Gin Ichimaru is terrifying without even trying and his sword is just unfair. The shift to the comedy with Ganju was a bit jarring but it worked because their fight was so stupid. Seeing Chad be a big brother to Yuuichi again was the highlight.
