Nnoitra's final moments, looking at Nel and just wanting a warrior's death, threw me for a loop; I hadn't expected to feel so much for him. This desperate yearning made me see his entire cruel quest for power as nothing more than a pathetic, life-long cry for recognition that was never truly answered.
