Ugh, Nnoitra was such a horrible guy to Nel, it really got under my skin, so watching Kenpachi just utterly dismantle him felt like pure justice to me, especially since Kenpachi was clearly having the time of his life doing it. I mean, only Kenpachi could make ending such a dramatic rivalry in the sand look so gleeful and brutal at the same time.
